Purchase property sooner with the right broker

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Beginning the process of purchasing our first home was overwhelming and quite anxiety-provoking for me. Starting with zero financial knowledge and experience, I felt so at ease having Michael beside us at every step and stage. From the first meeting until the moment of typing this review, he has been reliable, supportive, knowledgeable, patient, adaptable and personable. Everything you could want and more in a broker, but he's also just an overall awesome human. Michael makes everything so seamless from a buyer's perspective and actually brings enjoyment to the process along the way. I cannot recommend his services enough and I'm so glad we found him to guide us on this journey.

Alot of brokers talk big about how they're relationships focused. But their actions too often betray them. Michael is different. He doesn't talk about it, he just does it. He's thinking about you before you need him. He's thinking about you after the deals done. But his good deeds are mostly done in the background without fuss. A good service doesn't just get the job done, it should be largely invisible. Because the professional makes the process seamless so the outcome is assured. Every time I speak with him he's working hard at ensuring things just work. And he's collaborating with other pros to push his clients goals forward. As someone that works in healthcare, navigating the financial world was difficult at best. Michael was a big help and highlighted the importance of guidance from a professional in the field. He was extremely nonjudgemental and friendly. Key things that stood out to me was that he was able to simplify the whole process, break the task into small achievable steps and explain things in a way that someone with next to no knowledge in first home buying was able to comprehend. Another note is that Michael was very prompt with all this replies. I work a demanding job and Michael was so patient when I took an extended period of time to respond. He was always very accessible throughout the day, flexible around my timetable and responded in a timely manner.
